Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an HSEQ Advisor for civil infrastructure projects in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction health and safety, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and drive excellence in workplace safety.

Responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive HSEQ plans, conducting regular audits and inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as occupational health and safety or a related discipline;
  • Extensive experience in construction health and safety, preferably in a civil contractor setting;
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
