Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our night shift team on a major road infrastructure upgrade project in North Western Sydney.

About the Role:
  • Deliver high-quality results for civil works including road widening, services relocations, drainage and pavement construction under night shift operations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and oversee nightly progress against program schedules.
  • Manage and update Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs), Quality Assurance documentation, and site records.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during nighttime construction.
  • Attend pre-start meetings and handovers, fostering clear communication between day and night crews.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior experience in road or civil infrastructure projects is essential.
  • Proven ability to work night shifts is preferred.
  • Capacity to work independently and maintain high standards under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
