Parks and Gardens Maintenance

This role involves landscaping and garden maintenance, including parks, ovals, verges, and streetscapes. The ideal candidate will have experience in gardening equipment operation, such as ride-on mowers, hedgers, trimmers, brush cutters, whipper snippers, and blowers.

The job also requires general garden maintenance, including planting, mulching, and weeding, as well as tree maintenance using chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for weed and pest control.

For this position, you will need to have:

  • a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • a White Card
  • National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
  • MR or HR Licence (desirable)
  • Cert 3 Horticulture (highly desirable)
  • Cert 3 Irrigation (highly desirable)

This is an ongoing opportunity with immediate start available. You can expect to work on a 9 day fortnight roster and enjoy weekly pay cycles.
