The college is situated in Secret Harbour a coastal community 64 kilometres from Perth and draws students from its partner Primary Schools located in the Golden Bay, Secret Harbour and Singleton areas.

The Role

Comet Bay College is seeking to appoint a reliable and dedicated Senior Gardener - Handyperson to join their dynamic team.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and presenting our school grounds in a clean and tidy condition. To be successful as our Senior Gardener - Handyperson you should be confident in performing minor repairs and perform all duties using safe work practices.

As a Senior Gardener - Handyperson you should have a working knowledge of current Occupational Health and Safety policies and provide students and staff with a safe external environment. Experience in turf management on sporting grounds is advantageous. You will also ideally have experience in servicing horticultural/gardening equipment and performing minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as those on irrigation systems.
