Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities?

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate support workers to provide person-centred care for clients living independently in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.

As a disability support worker, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who have spinal cord injuries or acquired brain injuries, providing physical and emotional support to help them live fulfilling lives.

You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, such as personal care, medication administration, and community engagement. Your role will also involve working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement individualised plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn. You will also require a Certificate III in Disability Support or equivalent qualification, as well as current DCSI (DSES) or NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Clearance.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to commit to 24/7 shift opportunities. You will also need to hold a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certification, and Mental Health First Aid certification. A valid SA driver's license is also essential.

Ability to commute/relocate: Elizabeth SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

  • First Aid Certification
  • Working with Children Check
