Personal Care Specialist

This role is a permanent full-time position (38 hours per week) providing high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care to residents in our facilities based in Townsville.
We are seeking individuals who can assist with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents and support them as they age to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care to residents by assisting with daily living tasks such as mobility and transfers.
- Care for residents with compassion and empathy while maintaining confidentiality.
- Document resident care effectively and efficiently.
- At least 12 months' prior work experience in a care role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport with residents.
- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.

What You'll Get- A minimum guaranteed earnings package of $68,864 per annum plus superannuation.
