About the Role:

Due to the growth in workload, Federal Government Agencies are seeking experienced professionals who can provide advice and guidance on employment-related issues. They will also support negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreements, as well as changes to HR policies and code of conduct.

Responsibilities:

To be successful in these roles, you will need to have at a minimum:

  • Demonstrated experience providing advice on employment-related legislation, policies, and enterprise agreement;
  • Experience supporting a range of stakeholders, providing education and advice on employment-related matters;
  • Managing individual flexibility agreement processes;
  • Supporting workplace relations projects and strategies;
  • Experience supporting the negotiation and implementation of enterprise agreement bargaining processes;
  • Providing advice to key stakeholders on policy improvements;
  • Managed reviews and implementation to code of conduct changes throughout a Government Department;
  • Demonstrated high-level Government writing skills;
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain a baseline security clearance.
