About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker at Humanity Health Group, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. Your expertise and dedication will help empower people to thrive in their chosen careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: You will provide personalized support and guidance to clients, helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to secure employment.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor/Social Worker who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An approved degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work
  • Full registration with the relevant governing body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
