Service Advisor Role

As a Service Advisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee service orders and the flow of the service drive, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Your duties include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support for all inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to guarantee seamless communication.
  • Ensuring the daily allocation of technicians' time is consistently utilized to meet service customer needs.

  • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards by delivering outstanding service experiences.

  • Reinforcing company policies and adhering to established standards while promoting compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Fostering positive relationships with factories and employees alike.
