OverviewJoin to apply for the Assistant Financial Accountant role at The Star Entertainment Group.ResponsibilitiesSupport financial processes including journal entries, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of management, statutory, and regulatory reports.Deliver monthly reporting packs, assist with accounting queries, and provide insights and resolutions for transactional and process issues.Assist with internal and external audits, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the preparation of Group statutory accounts.Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes, policies, and procedures, including fixed asset management and inter-company transactions.What we are looking forGaming systems experience (highly regarded)Understanding of Oracle and TM1 or willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and a collaborative mindsetAbout youYou're a strong communicator and team player with a customer-focused mindset.
