About the Role

As a key member of our Business Services team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding visitor experiences and administrative services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional front-of-house support, including greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure that client areas and back-of-house spaces are well-maintained and functional.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on event management, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
Requirements
  • A minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role within an office environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience managing multiple meeting room calendars and calendar systems.
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to learn and manage meeting room technology.
