Inventory Operations Lead

We're seeking an experienced inventory operations lead to oversee our inbound team at the customer fulfillment center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy, as well as leading the team to achieve operational and safety targets.

This role requires a proactive, organized, and solutions-focused leader who can improve processes while maintaining a positive team culture. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching the Inbound Team to achieve operational and safety targets.
  • Managing rosters, approving timesheets, and conducting performance discussions for team leaders.
  • Running weekly and monthly leadership meetings and communicating outcomes to the team.
  • Overseeing daily stock receiving, storage, and inventory accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leadership experience in a large warehousing environment and proven people management skills. They should also have experience in supplier management and negotiation, as well as a strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
