As a legal professional, you will play a key role in providing expert advice on insurance products, distribution models, and marketing campaigns. Your ability to simplify complex legal issues and drive strategic outcomes will be highly valued.

  • Provide high-quality legal advice on insurance products and distribution models
  • Advise on regulatory compliance including ASIC and APRA matters
  • Draft and review key contractual documents including policy wordings and PDSs

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver business-ready legal solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Admission as a Solicitor or Barrister in any Australian Court
  • 5+ years post-admission experience in financial services law, including the Insurance Contracts Act and Corporations Act
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to translate legal complexity into actionable advice
