
Executive Account Growth Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to lead account expansion and growth by leveraging our extensive solutions, capability, and partner relationships.
You will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, bring together teams to manage complex sales cycles, and position us as the strategic partner of choice for established key enterprise, commercial, and public sector customers.
- Develop and manage account plans to achieve deeper penetration and broadening of solutions in accounts.
- Leverage our solutions and partner technologies to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong CxO-level relationships.
- Collaborate and coordinate teams to ensure all engagements with customers are seamless and deliver on customer outcomes.
- Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
About You
- Extensive proven sales experience in medium-to-large organisations or complex technology sales environments, particularly in IT Services Sales.
- Manage complex, high-value deals and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Motivate, influence, and engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and maximise business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, interpret P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports confidently.
- Professional, results-driven, and dedicated to continuous improvement and ethical business practices.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in medium-to-large organisations.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute account plans.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
