Instructional Leadership Manager

Role Profile/Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and visionary leader with experience in collaborative team leadership, relationship building, and strategic planning. They will possess a deep understanding of evidence-based teaching practices, professional development, and coaching/motivation techniques.
We are seeking a leader who can effectively implement best practices in education, instructional design, and positive school culture. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational, planning, and administrative skills, as well as a strong commitment to student safety and wellbeing.
Main Duties:
- Develop and maintain respectful relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Lead professional development aligned with the school's strategic plan
- Implement feedback cultures through coaching and mentoring
- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based teaching and learning practices
