About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Technician/Diesel Mechanic with strong leadership abilities to join our team as our Foreman. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for conducting and overseeing the diagnosis and repair of a wide range of heavy commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair American, Japanese, and European heavy vehicles
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices
  • Liaise with service advisors and technicians during express assessments
  • Conduct quality control checks on service repairs
  • Ensure all work is in accordance with manufacturer requirements for warranty
  • Communicate and escalate issues to the workshop manager and service manager
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
  • Demonstrated experience with European, American, or Japanese truck brands
  • People management experience, including providing active supervision and support to technicians
  • A process and compliance-driven mindset, with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency
