About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Planner to lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and strategic insights for our business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning commercial strategies with financial targets, partnering with cross-functional teams to capture market intelligence, and continuously improving planning processes that support trade performance.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and inform commercial strategies.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends to inform business decisions and optimize planning processes.
  • Provide regular financial updates and insights to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to influence strategy and decision-making processes.
About You:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial planning, preferably in the retail sector, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field, with relevant certifications a plus.
