Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional customer service, sales results, and operational excellence.

The Role

  1. Drive sales growth and exceed performance targets through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring of store staff.
  2. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service, managing the store environment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  3. Coaching and mentoring staff to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Effective stock management, including receiving, storing, and displaying merchandise.

Requirements

  1. Possess a strong passion for customer service, retail sales, and fashion.
  2. Demonstrate determination to achieve sales goals and understand key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Be able to identify store opportunities to maximise sales and implement strategies to achieve this goal.
  4. Have the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team, upholding brand standards and aligning with company culture and values.
