Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced store manager to lead our footwear team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role is focused on motivating a high-performing team, sharing deep product knowledge across multiple brands, and building strong connections with both customers and the in-store team.

  • Leading and developing your team to exceed key performance indicators and deliver memorable shopping experiences
  • Creating a culture of customer-centric service through active coaching and mentorship
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive workplace, with operational excellence always front of mind
  • Managing product handling, loss prevention, visual merchandising and stock control
  • Recruiting, training, and growing the team's skills and capabilities
  • Collaborating with partners on sales-driving, marketing, and visual merchandising opportunities
  • Championing our brands through in-depth knowledge of our footwear and accessories offering

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Proven experience in retail leadership
  • A passion for fashion and creating authentic, memorable service moments
  • Skilled in providing tailored product recommendations with confidence
  • Comfortable with visual merchandising and lifting up to 10kg unassisted
  • A natural leader with experience coaching, mentoring and motivating others to achieve key performance indicators
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
