Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Training Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training programs to dealers in Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on technical training and content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for dealerships in Sydney and New Zealand.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time to deliver training and provide technical support to dealers.
  • Work closely with dealers to resolve warranty issues and provide technical assistance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical training or a related field.
  • Strong hydraulic experience or previous work with forklifts is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective training programs.
  • Safety-focused approach to all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-motivated to achieve results.
