Infrastructure Specialist

This is a mid-senior level, full-time role within the Engineering and Information Technology discipline.
The successful candidate will apply essential engineering expertise to a wide range of projects across Australia, including design management, engineering assessment, project management, stakeholder management, and exposure to construction phase tasks.
- Deliver land development and infrastructure related projects from initiation through to construction.
- Prepare and update civil engineering documentation, including design reports, cost estimates, specifications, tender documentation, programs, and schedules.
- Apply civil engineering knowledge to various works which may include engineering drawings, calculations, reports, design criteria, to support engineering projects related to land development and infrastructure.
- Supervise sites and conduct quality control inspections of civil infrastructure and land development projects, adhering to design specifications, safety protocols, and Local/State Government standards.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings and submittals, respond to requests for information, prepare site observation reports, and perform other contract administration tasks.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in civil engineering, project management, and/or site supervision of land development and civil infrastructure projects.
- Engineers Australia Membership or eligibility.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in interpreting and applying relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines.
- Strong technical expertise and ability to produce accurate design documentation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in time management and organisational skills, including managing resources and delegating tasks effectively.
