Job Overview

Part-time Weekend Courtesy Bus Drivers are required to join our Transport team, based in close proximity to the Melbourne Airport.

The role involves transferring customers to and from the airport while providing excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company courtesy bus on a part-time weekend roster, transferring customers to and from the airport;
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for customers;
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations when driving the company vehicle;
  • Ensure the safety of customers and colleagues while on duty;
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation within the vehicle, adhering to company standards;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations during peak periods;
  • Meet set targets and deadlines, prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Requirements

  • Full Driver's Licence;
  • Driver's Accreditation (DA);
  • Excellent driving skills and ability to work independently;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service;
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg, as required by the job role;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
  • Current Police Check - If unavailable it would need to be obtained after the interview stage;
  • Available to work Saturday & Sunday 1630-0100AM.
