Job Title: Cable Network Technician

 

Cable network technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks including cable hauling, field survey and general telecom activities.

 

About the Role

This role involves completing telecommunications field activities including fibre hauling and survey tasks. Strong understanding of cable hauling and telco infrastructure is desirable but not essential as training is available. You will work as part of a team and at times you will be required to deliver tasks independently.

 

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in similar roles
  • Will to work outdoors in various conditions
  • High level of physical fitness
  • Drivers Licence
  • MR/HR licence (Desirable)
  • Confined Space/Gas Test accreditation (Desirable)
  • Traffic Management certification (Desirable)
  • 1st Aid/CPR (Desirable)
