  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless communication and conflict resolution
  • Adhere to quality human resource management practices, encompassing Workplace Health and Safety, Employee Equity, Anti-Discrimination, and ethical behavior

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrate expertise in fire safety and security protocols within a healthcare environment
  • Exhibit exceptional communication, both oral and written, including conflict resolution skills
