Customer Service Champion

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Customer Service Coordinator on a casual basis. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional resident experiences.
  • Provide assistance with inquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing.
  • Maintain vigilance and report concerns or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as necessary.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks (including mail management, filing, etc.)
Requirements:
  • A background in reception or hospitality will provide a solid foundation for this role.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High levels of computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems.
  • An individual who embodies a 'we care' attitude.
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months), at your own expense.
  • Working with Children's Check (ACT).
