Customer Service Professional

This role is all about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating long-term relationships with our customers. Your goal will be to meet and greet customers, provide product information, and process special orders.
- Developing strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to build trust and rapport with customers
- Providing expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Processing special orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining a high level of sales performance and meeting or exceeding targets

- Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
