Delivering Operational Excellence in Food and Beverage Cost Control

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of stocktake processes across multiple hospitality outlets, ensuring consistency and accuracy in mapping transfers, wastage, and sales data.
- Analyze stocktake variances, identify discrepancies, and escalate them promptly to senior management as needed.
- Design and implement cost-saving initiatives aligned with business objectives, supporting pricing and efficiency drives.
- Provide expert advice to senior management on stock and cost control matters, informing key decisions related to inventory management and financial reporting.
- Monitor and analyze food and beverage cost trends through regular reports, collaborating with management to maintain and optimize cost controls.
We seek a seasoned professional with 5+ years' experience in F&B cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting who can drive operational excellence and contribute to business growth.
