Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our collaborative Corporate practice. As a key member of the team, you will advise clients on landmark transactions and provide support throughout the deal lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include drafting and negotiating sale agreements, scheme booklets, and disclosure documents, conducting due diligence and risk analysis, and liaising with finance, tax, and ESG teams on regulatory compliance. You will also support execution on public and private M&A mandates.

\What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have 6+ years' PQE in corporate law, ideally from a large or mid-tier firm. You will possess strong organisational skills, excellent drafting, verbal communication, and stakeholder management abilities. A positive, team-based approach and client-first mentality are essential.
