Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Community Engagement Coordinator to expand our reach and impact across disability services.

This is an opportunity to connect with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a seamless journey into our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and broader service offerings. You will collaborate across teams to deliver engaging experiences that reflect our values:

About the Role

You will drive client engagement and onboarding strategies, represent us at forums, expos, and sector events, and foster strong internal and external partnerships.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work or a related field, and 3–5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations. You must have a strong understanding of NDIS and SIL, excellent communication and cultural sensitivity, and a strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice.

Apart from these qualifications, you will need a Full Driver's Licence, National Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check.
