As a key team member, you will play a crucial role in inspiring customers and exceeding sales targets by leading by example.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead your team to inspire customers and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service upon entering the store
  • Build product knowledge to assist training your team
  • Lead by example in sales, customer service, and attitude
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, store performance, onboarding new starters, training, and other duties as required

What We Require

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work
  • Familiarity with the furniture/bedding industry is a plus but not essential

Job Details

Full-time, Permanent Position

Salary: From $60,000.00 per year
