Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Retail Consultant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers by providing them with exceptional service and support.

You will be responsible for working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and then using your knowledge and expertise to provide them with tailored solutions. This will involve conducting product demonstrations, answering customer questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • Resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Able to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
