The ideal candidate will be a commercial champion, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about working in the energy industry and has a strong understanding of the commercial landscape.


Job Description:

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and upselling/cross-selling services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver sales and marketing initiatives, driving business results and exceeding targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • A strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of the energy industry and its trends.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a track record of achieving success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
