Job Title: Customer Support Coordinator

As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and administration function. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be supported by a dedicated and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and administration function in our Care Community.
  • Ensure the efficient processing of fortnightly staff payroll.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash and invoicing.
  • Assist with client services and general enquiries.
  • Contribute to the recruitment process including drafting employment contracts.
  • Perform reception and other administration duties as required.
  • Manage team rosters and timesheets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
