
Customer Service Advocate

As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and administration function. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be supported by a dedicated and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales and administration function in our Care Community.
- Ensure the efficient processing of fortnightly staff payroll.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, petty cash and invoicing.
- Assist with client services and general enquiries.
- Contribute to the recruitment process including drafting employment contracts.
- Perform reception and other administration duties as required.
- Manage team rosters and timesheets.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable.
