Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and over the phone, to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to ensure accurate transactions.
  • Offer membership information and sales support to customers, utilizing your knowledge to drive sales and growth.
  • Promote our services and programs to customers, accepting bookings and enrolments while fostering strong relationships.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers, promoting a culture of excellent service.
  • Adhere to security and safety procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly, and energetic work style, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in computer software packages and Point of Sale systems.
  • Desirable: experience in the leisure industry, with a current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2) and CPR Certificate.
  • Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People certification.
