Kausie Hair is a well-established hair salon located in the heart of Southport, Gold Coast. With over 12 years of experience and a strong base of loyal clients, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service in a warm and professional environment.

Our team is passionate, skilled, and energetic — and as we continue to grow busier, we're looking for a new team member who shares the same enthusiasm and talent for the hair industry.

Role:

Salon Assistant (minimum 1 year experience required)

Hairdresser (minimum 3 years experience required)

Employment type: Casual (opportunity to transition to Part-time)
Hourly rate: Starting from $33.20 per hour (based on experience)
Working hours: Flexible, Monday – Saturday between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Start date: Immediate start available

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly demeanour

Assist hairdressers with daily salon operations and client care

Greet and welcome clients, ensuring a positive salon experience

Shampoo, condition, and dry clients' hair

Maintain a clean, organised, and professional salon environment

Restock and organise salon products and supplies
