About the Role: As an Early Childhood Teacher at Goodstart, you will have the opportunity to shape the educational journey of young children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with centre leadership to achieve outstanding outcomes for children
- Participate in regular professional development sessions and access dedicated Teachers' Community resources to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Support children's individual needs, interests, and strengths, and participate in events and activities to enrich their learning experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current WA Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- Active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRB WA)
