Strategic Financial Modelling Professional

This is a challenging role that will provide financial analysis and build robust models to support strategic and operational projects.
Key Duties:- Provide high-quality financial analysis, including modelling as required by the organisation.
- Ownership and oversight of the budgeting team, oversee forecasting and revisions schedules and provide business partnering support to the organisation.
- Ensure all government reporting are completed to a high standard with robust data checks and analysis in place to support.
- Develop robust solutions for reporting, valuation and measurement of loan portfolios.
- Apply relevant accounting standards.
- Sound knowledge of accounting and finance principles and practices.
- Practical experience in financial modelling, including discounted cash flow and amortisation techniques.
- Knowledge of lending and accounting systems.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate, liaise and negotiate sensitively and effectively with others.
- Computer literate, with advanced Excel skills.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team and will have a strong analytical mindset.
