Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery & Installation Lead to join our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering high-quality results, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck, as well as unloading goods in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Accurately completing associated paperwork, providing comprehensive product overviews, and conducting training sessions for customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A clean driving license and a valid MR Driver's License are essential requirements for this role.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the transport industry, including geographical locations and routes.
  • Providing premium customer service and maintaining a positive attitude in challenging situations are crucial skills for this position.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work are also highly valued.
