Job Title: Delivery & Installation Lead

This role involves delivering and installing appliances, receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck, and providing premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering and installing appliances Monday to Friday from 06:30am - 03:00pm
  • Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods
  • Accurate completion of associated paperwork, provide basic product overviews, and training to customers
Requirements:
  • A clean driving licence
  • A valid MR Drivers Licence
  • Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
