Job Description

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to provide top-notch IT services and support to our staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and desktop computers
- Provide timely and effective technical support to staff and students with a variety of IT issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a prompt and efficient manner
- Install and configure new hardware and software solutions to meet the needs of the school
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT documentation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in providing IT support in an educational setting
- Strong knowledge of wireless deployment and department initiatives
- Ability to plan, deploy, and manage 1 to 1 user/device solutions in a high-quality school environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students
- Ability to innovate and expand the school's ICT software, hardware, device management, and service solutions for continuous improvement
