About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our Australian sales team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering top-class podcast campaigns, proposals, pitches, and strategic advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with our Creator Network Team to identify and capture commercial opportunities
  • Manage the ideation and creative process from start to finish, ensuring that podcaster briefing processes and deliverables for advertisers are achieved on time and to a high standard
  • Collaborate with the Acast Creator Network shows to develop and implement campaigns
  • Support the growth of Acast Creative as the home of creative excellence for brands in audio
  • Develop market-leading creative podcast campaign collateral and insights in collaboration with the local leadership team
Requirements
  • Highly creative with a proven track record in strategy or creative ideation
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
  • Hunger and drive to bring executional excellence
  • Excellent design skills
  • Experience in presenting complex solutions to agencies and brands
  • Experience from working in an agency or publisher in a similar role
  • A keen awareness of trends in advertising, podcasting, and the wider cultural landscape
