About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Manager to join our team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our Acast business, you will work closely with our Australian sales team to develop and deliver top-class podcast campaigns, proposals, and pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Creator Network Team to identify and capture commercial opportunities
  • Manage the creative process from ideation to final presentation, ensuring high-quality deliverables
  • Work closely with production partners and clients to foster strong relationships and deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement multi-layered campaigns that excite advertisers and podcasters alike
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to support the growth of Acast Creative as the home of creative excellence for brands in audio
Requirements
  • Proven track record in strategy or creative ideation, with a keen awareness of trends in advertising, podcasting, and the wider cultural landscape
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to execute complex solutions
  • Experience in presenting complex solutions to agencies and brands, with a strong understanding of the podcasting industry
  • Strong design skills and a keen eye for detail
  • A passion for great advertising and a drive to bring executional excellence
