IT Support Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team in a permanent role. The successful candidate will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues to our operations nationally.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing end-user tech support to a user base of 350 users
  • Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, user access, and other tech support issues
  • Providing basic user management such as creating user accounts and mailboxes, and deploying software to PCs

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a formal qualification in Information Technology or a related field, along with 2 years' experience in IT Support or a similar role. You will also require excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, as well as good organisational skills.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Office 365 administration, strong time management and prioritisation skills, and the ability to commit to a full-time Monday-Friday roster.
