Paediatric Physiotherapy Manager

As a skilled and experienced physiotherapist, you will play a key role in leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality care to infants, children, and young people. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.

The successful candidate will have advanced communication skills, with a passion for delivering quality physiotherapy services. They will be able to prioritise tasks effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues from various disciplines.

This position involves providing clinical assessment and intervention across both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with patients with diverse needs. You will receive support from senior clinicians within the Paediatric Physiotherapy service, as well as the Director of Allied Health and other Service Managers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of physiotherapists to provide evidence-based assessments and interventions
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient experiences
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A relevant university degree in physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Membership of the Physiotherapy Board of Australia
