The Role
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every shopper leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Help customers find the right products, taking the time to answer their questions and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Work efficiently across registers, replenishment, and customer queries, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations.
The Ideal Candidate
  • You have a passion for retail and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable, but not essential - we're looking for people with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • You're flexible and willing to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak periods.
  • Quick to learn and eager to take on new challenges, you thrive in a collaborative team environment.
