Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations
  • Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a dynamic and engaging environment
  • Staying organized and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
  • Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak
  • Retail or customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
