Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in Albion Park as a Christmas Casual. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the festive energy of retail and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This casual position will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside a passionate and supportive team, providing excellent customer service and helping shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating, and celebrations.

You will be required to stay organized and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, contributing to sales and supporting your team to achieve seasonal targets.

About You
  • You must have a positive attitude and be flexible to work weekends, late nights, and extended trading hours during peak periods.
  • Retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential, as we place great emphasis on teamwork and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
