We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Consultant to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive Holdings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Action inbound internet and phone sales enquiries in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
- Follow up and communicate with customers as necessary to ensure their needs are met
- Utilize CRM systems to enter customer details and pass enquiries to respective sales departments
- Develop and maintain relationships with departments across multiple franchises, locations, and areas of the business
About You:
- Ability to meet objectives and strive for excellence
- Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling high volumes of customer enquiries and targets
- Exceptional communication skills and telephone manner
- Strong computer literacy, including internet and social media
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full training provided
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
