Net Zero Solutions Expert

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with us as a Net Zero Advisor, providing strategic consultancy advice to clients across building, precinct and infrastructure projects. You will be part of an interdisciplinary team, working with a variety of private and public clients/stakeholders. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and communicate challenges, bringing forth clear and contagious strategies and solutions.

The Opportunity:

  • Provide expert advice on Net Zero and Regenerative climate change solutions in the Buildings, Precincts and Infrastructure sectors
  • Deliver ambitious net zero outcomes for existing clients
  • Undertake energy efficiency assessments, carbon management analysis, LCA and triple bottom line assessments and carbon neutral roadmaps for built estates and infrastructure assets
  • Manage and deliver successful projects that achieve or exceed identified outcomes
  • Develop new client relationships and broaden the client base in government, property, and private sectors, as well as asset management of existing buildings and portfolios
  • Connect Net Zero solutions to wider climate change practice, including nature-based solutions
  • Facilitate conversations between stakeholders to devise cost-effective and tailored net zero strategies
  • Present complex information visually and verbally in a clear and simple way

You will bring to the team:

  • Relevant work experience in a consulting environment, with 8+ years in built environment, master planning and infrastructure assets
  • Knowledge of key methodologies associated with energy and carbon reduction, such as energy assessments, carbon foot printing, carbon management, and broader sustainability
  • Experience and/or knowledge of project programming, controls, and methodology
  • Sound commercial understanding and ability to operate in a dynamic commercial environment
