Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Infrastructure Specialist to join our innovative team that values collaboration, growth, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and manage server environments, Active Directory, DNS, and virtualisation (VMware)
  • Implement and maintain endpoint protection, backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring
  • Learn and support proprietary control systems (ABB, Siemens, Allen Bradley) and historian systems (OSIsoft PI)
  • Design and manage secure IP networks, including VLANs, firewalls, and DMZ zones
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system reliability and security
  • Provide on-site support across industrial sites across the East Coast
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
  • Knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, IP networking, and network security
  • Experience with endpoint security systems (e.g., McAfee VSE, ENS, ePO)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and escalation management
  • Hands-on IT systems experience (1+ year)
  • Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CCNA)
  • Exposure to patch management tools (WSUS, SCCM, Chef, Puppet)
  • Familiarity with enterprise backup and historian systems
